1. Demonstration Technician - Natural Health Products

Position Profile:
We are seeking highly motivated individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic and a passion for customer service to effectively communicate as well as sample nutritional supplements in the natural health products sector. This position allows for flexible working hours and a competitive compensation package that meets or exceeds industry standards. If you demonstrate initiative, exercise good judgment, are able to work with minimal supervision and have excellent communication skills then this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:
• Assist the Outside Sales Representative with product demos at key retail stores
• Present product feature and benefits to consumers and well as offer products that meet their requirements
• Sample live product and provide products training (when necessary)
• Maintain a current working knowledge of products and ensure customers are informed of current and new products - product education sessions.
• Attend trade shows, educational seminars, and teleconferences as required
• Completing administrative tasks in a timely manner (expense reports, demo activity reports)
• Provide excellent customer service and develop strong customer relationship.
• Liaise with retail managers and Outside Sales Representative for special events.

Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
• Must be able to work 2-3 three hour demos per day.
• Knowledge of health products (vitamins, herbs, sports nutrition.)
• Self-motivated, self starter who is well organized and enjoys people.
• Able to work within a flexible schedule.
• Ability to articulate key points in an efficient and clear manner.
• Energetic and service minded with interpersonal skills.
